Movies Coming out This Summer


Mulan


There’s a live action movie coming out this summer! It may excite Disney fans as it is a remake of the original Mulan movie based on the Legend of Hua Mulan. Although it was set to be released on March 27, 2020 the release date was pushed back due to the coronavirus and will be available in theaters July 24th instead.

TENET


Little has been revealed about Christopher Nolan’s new movie and all the viewers know so far is that the protagonist of the story, portrayed by John David Washington, is attempting to save the world from potential World War 3. It’s a sci-fi movie that was shot in a total of seven countries and will be released on July 7th.

The Secret Garden


The Secret Garden will be a movie based on the book Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett. A story based in England of an orphan girl who is forced to live with her uncle after her parent’s deaths due to cholera in India, she soon discovers mysteries surrounding her widowed uncle’s estate. To be released August 14th.

Wonder Woman 1984


A sequel for the Wonder Woman movie released in 2017 stars Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman again and she is facing new antagonists Maxwell Lord and Cheetah. Set in 1984, the Cold War Era, it is set to be released late summer on August 14th.

Unhinged


Starring Russell Crowe, it’s a psychological thriller movie based on a case of road rage. The Man that Russell Crowe starts talking ang targets a single mother and her child after encountering her at a traffic light. The movie “Unhinged” will be released on July 1st.

The Outpost


A historical movie based on true events in Afghanistan from the U.S. army’s point of view about the fight against the Taliban during the Battle of Kamdesh. It stars Scott Eastwood, Caleb Landry Jones, Orlando Bloom, Jack Kesy, Taylor John Smith, Jacob Scipio and Milo Gibson. Planned to be released on July 3rd.
